Rovinj Festival of Istrian Supa
A festival where, by purchasing a small bukaleta (traditional clay jug), visitors have the opportunity to taste traditional Istrian supa.
This year's edition will be enriched with the presentation of authentic local delicacies: Fiùchi ruvigniʃi – Rovinj-style fioki, Li freîtule – fritule, and Rovinj’s Carletto, all prepared by members of the Association and Institution House of Batana.
The celebration at the town square will be further spiced up by the band Boo Bunnies, followed by a performance from the Dino Dvornik Tribute Band, featuring the greatest hits of the famous Croatian musician.
